This past October, our coach travelled to the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii to oversee the progress of two of the athletes competing in this years prestigeous event - Linnea Humphrey and Raymond Lévesques.  This journey was one of enlightenment for both the athletes and the coach who shared in this experience together.

Several of our team members are now preparing for 2007 Ironman events and the list of athletes set to take on this challenge is growing! Facing an event of this magnitude can be a daunting task, but the journey becomes much easier with the support and encouragement of teammates facing the same objectives.  Come and join our dynamic team and find your inner strength!
