Training plans are very detailed and precise. As a complement to personalized training plans, Team Cadence offers opportunities for working on technique and tactics, by attending group training sessions, information clinics and training camps.

Your Team Cadence coaches!!
Over the past couple of years, various individuals with different personal
needs have been requesting personalized training programs. Consequently, we
have established a structure allowing us to cater to these requests. The following
is a brief description of the personalized training services that we offer
to all our clients. These services are increasingly appreciated by our athletes,
whether by those who simply feel the need to exercise and want to know how
best to capitalize on the spare time they have to do so, or those who want
to perform to the very best of their capacity, in accordance with their own
timetable, athletic level and abilities.

How it Works
Meeting with the Individual
All athletes are different and have their own personal requirements.
A first meeting is set up with you to discuss the level of your participation
in sports and how to maximize your personal timetable, bearing in mind your
professional, academic, social and family obligations, and to determine training
objectives.
Physical Testing
We can arrange physical testing to determine the training zones that
are appropriate for you. Establishing your specific zones will allow us to
more accurately track your progression.
Deciding upon the Appropriate Training
Following our meeting with you and – if applicable –
following physical testing, we will decide upon the training that is appropriate
to help you perform better and maximize your development.
Carrying out the Training
The athlete carries out the prescribed training, undergoes various
fitness tests and takes part in a number of races and competitions (varying
from early-season, preparatory races to major, key competitions). Ordinarily,
training will be planned so as to bring athletes to their peak performance
at a maximum of one or two major races within a single
season.
Feedback
The athlete fills out a highly detailed training log, with daily
entries recording heart rate upon waking, number of hours of sleep, levels
of stress experienced during the day, fatigue levels and other pertinent training-related
information. The athlete provides this log to the coach who takes this important
data into account in planning the athlete’s ongoing training.
And so the process goes…
