Running intensity & drills plus core-training specific to triathletes, duathletes & runners - training on MtRoyal or Parc Lafontaine.  Note: some Friday evening sessions will be cancelled due to competition or major weekend events.

Some Saturdays & Sundays will be organized outings to focus on open-water swimming, long distance biking followed by running.  Details of place and time will be sent to group members in advance.
