Experience
Has competed in triathlons for more than 15 years
Has been coaching triathletes, duathletes, runners, cyclists and cross-country skiers for more than 10 years
Has helped triathletes and duathletes in achieving their yearly goals of finishing in the top age-group ranks at Canadian and World championships, in short-course, long-course and Ironman triathlons and duathlons.
Vast knowledge of triathlon, running and cross-country skiing equipment: currently works at Montreal’s “Boutique Courir” sporting store, and has worked in various specialty cycling stores
Has coached officers of the Montreal Urban Community and of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, including members of their Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams
Has worked as a biathlon coach for Canadian Army cadets
Education and Training
Bachelor of Physical Education (University of Montreal), with a specialization
in year-round training/periodization for endurance sports
Level 3 Coaching Certificate from the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP)

Development of optimal training plans, taking into consideration the athlete’s availabilities in light of work, study and family obligations
Focus on well-balanced training plans that take into account both athletic ability (the capacity to physically perform a sporting activity) and good health (by favouring the development of the athlete’s overall health and avoiding overtraining)
